This hotel was really a hidden gem! Stayed here at the beginning of our honeymoon. Super cute on the outside and the rooms were very nicely refurbished to give a modern and clean feel. My only down side was the shower would not stay hot, only lasted a few minutes and then would be warm or cold. The sensor for the sink tap was also a bit inconvenient when trying to brush your teeth or wash your face. Food was nice, sometimes the service was a bit slow but the staff were all very polite. Beach was also very pleasant, would be good if they invested a bit more in cleaning up the seaweed. Would definitely return here on my next trip to San Andres!

Unfortunately the hotel was under renovations and the appearance, and noise was terrible. The fact that not even on a Sunday morning they let you rest with the noise was crazy.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoplum. This was our first trip to San Andres. I can’t say enough about Cocoplum’s amazing staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. They were so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They coordinated our transportation, island tours and made sure we got the most of our trip. Cocoplum’s beach was only a few steps from our room it was so relaxing and clean. We’ll be returning to visit our friends at Cocoplum!!

It´s a beautiful well size hotel, no extremely huge hotel, is far away from crowded beachs and noisy town´s hotels. In front of beach and sea, literally, is perfect for a couple, or family, or friendly plan, or and relaxed plan, it´s full of very good service and so kindy people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that it was front beach and there were rental cars outside the hotel. They had a local taxi who h made us feel safe. Downside is that it is outdated and old rooms and no closet space. But perfect for an affordable front beach hotel.

There’s a unique layout to the property that will entice travelers, but that’s all they’re selling. There are stray dogs that freely roam the property, cleaning that hasn’t been done in ages, and there was potent smell of urinal cake in our room, along with black spots on our pillows. We left after night 1/3 for a cleaner location.

Cocoplum was like a sitcom parody version of a beach hotel. Had a blast at times, at times were confused at how everyone elses experiences in their rooms were so different from one another. By in large we really enjoyed, but mostly because of the quirks. Beautiful beach spot, Pablo the main bartender is the man. Great stay!
